New Hythe Business Park, Aylesford
Remove existing Kee Klamp and set aside for reuse.
Remove existing kerb line and dispose of shingle off site.
Regulate existing levels and dispose of excess excavated material off site.
Excavate foundation for new RC Retaining Wall and pour with concrete.
Supply and install cut & bent steel reinforcement.
Supply and install temporary formwork with rebated edges and pour with concrete.
Supply and lay Type 1 aggregate, trim and compact to new falls and levels.
Supply and lay new D400 Drainage Channels and connect into existing drainage system.
Supply and lay K-Form permanent shuttering.
Supply and lay Steel Reinforcement Mesh (2nr layers).
Supply and lay approx. 675m2 of PAV2 Concrete with brush finish and arris trowel edges.
Polysulphide mastic all K-Form joints once concrete has cured.
Supply and install new Kee Klamp railings to perimeter of RC Retaining Wall, reusing previously set aside fixtures and fittings where possible.
We acted as a Principal Contractor on this project providing all our own welfare facilities and temporary fencing for the duration of our works.
