Works carried out for a new client and involved the groundworks package for 2nr new residential dwellings as below;
Strip vegetation/turf and dispose off site.
Regulate existing site levels.
Reduce level dig with excavated spoils disposed off site.
Excavate of traditional strip foundations.
Supply and installation of cut & bent steel reinforcement.
Substructure Brick/Blockwork up to DPC.
Supply and installation of Beam and Block floor.
Surface and Foul Water Drainage supplied and installed.
All services supplied and installed to properties.
Permeable Brett Landscaping Omega Flow Block paving supplied and laid on 2/6mm aggregate onto permeable subbase.
Lay paving to rear of properties on Type 1 aggregate using full mortar bed.
Supply and lay certified topsoil to rear gardens.
Supply and lay turf to rear gardens and provide initial watering.
Supply and installation of all fencing to project.
