Vehicle Crossover. ”To Richard, Regarding the crossover and drive in space to my property at South Hill Road. I would like to put in writing how pleased I am with Hooper and Sons as a whole. Originally, I had rang 30 companies in regard to the job in hand and had the misfortune to deal with rude, unreliable staff and firms.

I organized 3 quotes and had no shows until I rang Hooper's. John was our point of contact and I decided that I had found the right people for the job. I was well looked after and guided through the minefield which is K.C.C. When the work was started I found everybody to be efficient, polite, helpful, hard working and smiles too! I had little contact with the gang but this was largely down to their efficiency on getting on with it and knowing what was to be done. I used Hooper and Sons to lay artificial grass and they sourced a lawn of high quality at a very competitive price and carried out the work when they said they would. Their workmen were excellent and worked non-stop all day.

The eventual finish was superb and far better than I could ever have imagined. Hooper and Sons have transformed our garden from an eye-sore we avoided using to a stunning area we now use on a daily basis. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hooper and Sons.

Enva England Specialist Waste Ltd, recently moved its Greenwich operation to a larger site in Northfleet Kent and we engaged with Hooper & Sons on various projects. I have a long-established working relationship with the Transport Manager, Robert Lawman. He has always been able to understand what I require with minimum brief from the start and has always been able to source the exact solution to the needs of my project. They have been very reactive to any requests, some of the abnormal tasks/movements they have completed with no fuss at all and even achieved something I thought was not achievable.

The cost of their service is very competitive, their delivery service is always on point, realistic and they communicate very well at every stage of the process. Rob has been great as a sounding board to help source equipment at short notice, nothing was too much trouble and a true joy to have on this project. We will be using Hooper & Sons on future projects and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. The whole team have been great, the invoicing and back-office interaction has been very good in the whole process with regular communication on our account with no issues whatsoever.
