Provide new patio area to rear of the property, using reclaimed yorkstone materials pointed using sand and cement mortar with bird beak pointing.
To the central courtyard we removed the existing paving and disposed off site. Installing new surface water drainage channels connecting into the existing system. Supply and laid a Geotextile Membrane, along with Type 1 aggregate compacted to new levels and falls. Supplied and laid reinforcement mesh with concrete slab to the aggregate subbase. Before supply and laying new Reclaimed Brick paving to the area before pointing using a Steintec product to provide a grey resin pointing.
To the drive areas with removed any of the existing surface finishes and disposed off site. Before breaking out the existing asphalt surface and diposing off site. Regulate the existing subbase, supply Type 1 aggregate where necessary. Lifted and relaid existing brick edgings to drive on concrete bed and haunched. Supply and lay asphalt surface finishes before providing approx. 1,400m2 tar and chipping finish.
