Break out existing asphalt finishes and dispose off site.
Supply and install new pumping station for the stagnant water and connect into the mains system.
Regulate the existing subbase, supplying additional Type 1 aggregate where necessary.
Adjust existing kerb lines to suit new levels and falls.
Supply and lay new asphalt finishes to car park area.
Supply and spread new certified topsoil around perimeter of kerb line.
All works had to be completed within a week for the school half term shut down.
